Printed pagination is irregular relative to viewer pages: secure body matches show offsets varying around zero to two pages, with a dominant practical offset of approximately two pages in several later sections, while the 78–90 sequence aligns closely with viewer numbering. Article ranges were therefore refined using visible headings, completion markers, continuation markers, and the next formal entry rather than a single fixed offset. The first formal photo feature is assigned the opening visual pages through viewer page 28; the exact boundary between the color portfolio, masthead material, and the reportage opener is uncertain. Formal entries at printed pages 188, 196, and 202 have no corresponding body pages in the available 185-page issue and consequently have null ranges and null content classifications. Internal image galleries, captions, subscription notices, manuscript solicitations, and section headings were retained within their parent formal articles rather than promoted to standalone TOC entries.
