Summary

The December 1960 issue of Fuzoku Kitan is organized around a major special feature devoted to the artist and bondage practitioner Ito Seiu. Fujitate Eikichi's Origin of Tateishi-sama treats a punishment-related historical or folkloric subject, Sugiura Saburo contributes Confession of a Panty Maniac, and Aoyama Miekichi's sadistic fiction The Terror of Tanbiso forms the last long narrative. The Reader Salon closes the editorial body with commentary and reader-oriented discussion. Subsequent pages advertise related publications and describe the newly established distribution department, while the colophon records the December 1, 1960 publication of the issue.
